Hand Ache

A site said that controlling computer caused my hand ache. I use my computer everyday, and I type many sentences in a day. I understood the reason why I had hand ache. I will be careful about using my computer. If you use your hand many times and too using, please be careful, or you will have carpal tunnel syndrome. If you have the syndrome, I recommend you apply a cold compress to your hand. I could cure my hands in one day.
