My New Skill

Recently, I can wake up in time I thought I would wake up. For example, I woke up eight o'clock because I thought I would wake up eight o'clock. I don't need an alarm clock. However, I am nervous to wake up without an alarm clock, so I prepare it before I go to bed. Maybe, I think that my habit of loving become good. I sleep for about six hours everyday, so my body remember six hours, I think. I slept at four a.m. before, and I have woken up at six o'clock. That was very bad habit. I knew that, but I couldn't stop the habit. I learned that it is important to make distinction. I decided to make good habit in this term. Sleeping is wonderful! I could know importance of sleeping. My favorite sleeping style is sleeping with my dog. That is very comfortable in winter.
